These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and LivCure (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our medical platform and services.
By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue
use immediately.

LivCure is not a substitute for professional emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number (e.g., 911) or visit the nearest emergency room immediately.

Appointments & Cancellations
We strive to provide efficient care for all our patients. To maintain this level of service, we enforce the following appointment policies:

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a service fee.
event_busy No-Show Policy
Missing an appointment without prior notice may result in a non-refundable convenience charge.

Payments & Insurance
LivCure India aims to make the payment process transparent and seamless.
- check_circle Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and direct bank transfers. Cash payments are accepted at the reception desk only.
- check_circle Insurance: We partner with major insurance providers. Pre-authorization is recommended for all planned surgeries and transplants. Our TPA desk will assist you with the paperwork.
- check_circle Refunds: Refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment, subject to our cancellation policy.

Your privacy is critically important to us. LivCure India complies with all national data protection laws regarding patient confidentiality. Your medical records are stored securely and are only accessible by authorized medical personnel directly involved in your care. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
